When a message requires mapping let us take care of it.
We have a fixed cost policy for simple messages(flat file, or Excel); they cost $100AUD to convert to one of our supported message formats. In some cases, we've had messages mapped and ready for UAT in hours. Some messages require more effort, and in those cases we'll let you know immediately with a quote.
