Warranty and Services
All Deepstream products are available for a 60-day evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license. Evaluation software, is fully functional, and includes complete online documentation. During the evaluation period, limited technical support is available.
We do not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of Deepstream. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine suitability during the trial period.
Refund Policy
Return or exchange of computer software will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty or defective. Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Vardum Pty Ltd, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance.
